Aydın University is a foundation university established in 2007 by the Anadolu Culture and Education Foundation (AKEV). As one of the youngest and most dynamic universities, it prioritizes global education and international promotion.

The university participates in various international exchange programs such as Erasmus+, Mevlana, Farabi, and others. It has more than 3,500 international students.
